Xbox Live Indie Games (XBLIG; formerly called Xbox Live Area Gamings; XBLCG) are computer games developed by specific programmers or little teams of developers released on Microsoft’s Xbox Live Marketplace for the Xbox 360. The video games were developed using Microsoft XNA, and also developed by several independent programmers that are signed up with Application Hub. Unlike Xbox Live Game titles, these were typically only tested within the local designer area, had a lot reduced prices of production, and generally were less costly to buy.
